Brussels, Belgium-The European Lime Association (EuLA) held its Board and Annual General Meeting. The gathering served as a platform for industry leaders to review and discuss critical issues shaping the future of lime production, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

The meetings highlighted the lime industry’s unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility. EuLA’s guest was Mr. Chris Davies, Director of CCS Europe. Mr. Davies is a long-time advocate for sustainable industrial practices, and CCS Europe, the organisation he leads, is dedicated to promoting Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies.
CCS has the potential to significantly reduce CO2 emissions from lime production, making it a valuable tool for the industry’s sustainability journey.
